Monarch Genie Folding Mobility Scooter
The Monarch Genie folds by hand into a compact 18 x 16.9 x 27.2 inch package. It weighs 36 lbs without its battery, carries riders up to 275 lbs, and goes up to 9 miles on a charge at up to 4 mph. The lithium battery lifts out so you can load the frame and battery separately, and Monarch lists the scooter as airline and cruise friendly.

Flying with it
The battery is 10Ah 25.9V lithium, about 259 Wh by our math (Ah x V). Monarch Mobility lists it as airline and cruise friendly. If your airline asks for the battery's UN 38.3 test summary, we get it from Monarch Mobility for you. Each airline and cruise line decides what it accepts, so please check with yours before you book.
Shipping
Free shipping to the lower 48 states and Washington DC. It ships from Monarch Mobility's US warehouse in Dallas, usually in 3 to 5 business days, and we email you the tracking number.
Returns
Monarch Mobility takes back only unopened products in their original packaging, asked for within 7 days of delivery, so that's our limit too: once the box is opened or it's been used, it can't be returned. Our refund policy's return shipping and restocking terms apply. Not sure it's the right fit? Email us before you order.
Warranty
Monarch Mobility's warranty: 13 months on parts and electrics against manufacturing defects, and a lifetime warranty on the frame. It covers parts only, so labor and service calls aren't included, and accessories like baskets and bags aren't covered. We handle any claim with Monarch for you.
