ustomer Support Representatives (Remote)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our customers by providing service information and resolving any issues. 

Ideal Candidate:

Someone with 2+ years of Customer Support experience, who loves helping people, critical thinker, a problem solver and is computer savvy.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers with tracking, and delivery timelines
  • Resolve service issues and concerns
  • Coordinating returns and product servicing
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails and live chats

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience

Field Service Technician

We are looking for independent skilled and licensed Durable Medical Equipment Field Service Technicians who meet the following requirements:

Must be able to provide repairs on:

  • Mobility Scooters
  • Power Wheelchairs
  • Vehicle Lifts

    Requirements:

    • Must be licensed, trained and have mechanical skills and experience
    • DME/HME product repair experience is a must
    • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
    • Provide quick and courteous service 

    This is an independent contractor position. W-9 form and complete assessment will be required.

    Inside Sales Specialist (Remote) 

    This position requires for managing our inbound sales. Our sales channels and marketing campaigns generate incoming chats, phone calls and inquiries on a daily basis which need to be converted into sales. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the inbound online sales inquiries, phone calls, online chats by providing the required support and answer any sales questions.
    • Convert leads into sales from all of our marketing efforts. 
    • Manage a sales pipeline, sales activity, and monthly business forecasting through customer interfacing activities and sales data analysis.
    • Achieve monthly sales quota and maintain highest customer satisfaction level.
    • Provide after sales service and support to customers already purchased our products.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of experience and education.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Inbound customer support experience with conversion into sales especially excellent phone communication skills.
    • Prior experience of medical billing and health insurance billing/collections is preferred.
    • Make outgoing phone calls and communicate with the customers that make incoming enquiries.
    • 1-3 year(s) experience in medical inside sales preferred.
    • E-commerce sales direct to consumer preferred.
    • Passionate working with seniors and people with disabilities to help find the right products for them.
    • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, web-based applications and CRM software.
    • Self-starter, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.

    Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP)

    BestPowerWheelchair.com is actively seeking strong Assistive Technology Professionals (ATP) to join our commercial sales team.

    The Assistive Technology Professional designs custom assistive technology to meet the mobility objectives of our customers and their clinicians, and plays a pivotal role in improving the quality of life of the individuals we serve by providing mobility, independence and positioning. 

     

    • Maintains and improves upon existing relationships with current accounts and builds new ones with prospective accounts.
    • Evaluates customers for Rehab equipment needs, delivers and fits equipment, and assures that the customer's functional goals are met.
    • Completes sales orders in a timely manner ensuring all required documentation is accurate and complete
    • Responds to customer and referral inquiries, requests and complaints in a timely manner.
    • Assists in the education of customer service and delivery staff regarding the proper use, selection and servicing of Rehab Technology products.
    • Meets all set productivity and performance standards.
    • Maintains certifications and licenses; obtaining all required continuing education annually to assure no lapse in coverage; stays abreast of funding requirements and technological advances within the Rehab Technology industry
