Best Power Wheelchair offers FREE shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous states in the continental USA.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or PO Boxes. We also do not ship internationally. We do ship to Canada, as noted on certain products.

For standard orders, we ship with FedEx or UPS. For custom and larger products, we use freight carriers.

Processing Time

We process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been picked up by the delivery company, we will send you a tracking number via email.

Delivery Time

The average shipping time for in-stock products is 1-5 business days. 

Orders generally take 5 to 7 business days to reach the customers from our East Coast, West Coast, and Midwest warehouse locations.

Custom Products typically take 1 to 3 weeks to reach the customer.

Delivery Services

Best Power Wheelchair provides the following delivery service for medical equipment and mobility products: 

Curbside Delivery (FREE)

This is our Standard Delivery Service for all orders placed with us. The delivery company (FedEx, UPS, etc.) will drop off the order at your front door. Ideal for smaller-sized wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and other medical equipment. 

Inside delivery (PAID)

This service includes delivery inside your first threshold: garage or front door. Inside delivery service is available on most of our mobility products for an additional charge. Ideal for heavier items, such as patient lifts, beds, lift chairs, or other heavy-duty mobility equipment.

White Glove Service (PAID)

This premium delivery option is available for larger-sized products for delivery inside your home and setup in the room of your choice.

Best Power Wheelchair offers white-glove delivery services to ship and set up all of your mobility and medical equipment. 

This service involves unpacking and removing the boxes, installing and setting up the equipment, batteries, and/or positioning the unit where the customer wants it.

This service DOES NOT INCLUDE lifting existing furniture, removing used products, or rearranging furniture. 

This type of delivery is ideal for products such as hospital home beds, patient lifts, bariatric medical equipment, assist standing devices, and large mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs. 

White glove delivery is a custom-quoted service. The price will depend on the delivery address, shipping weight, and the delivery services needed. 

The delivery company will set up an appointment with you and provide you with an estimated time and date for delivery, setup and installation.

Delivery Signature

Most orders shipped with FedEx, UPS, or freight carriers will require an adult signature upon delivery.

If there is any damage to the packaging or the unit, you may refuse the delivery and not sign for it. For major damage accidents, do not sign for the order, refuse it, and contact us immediately.

Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please read our cancellation and refund policy. To cancel, please contact our customer support ASAP.

Returns

We accept returns on some items within 30 days from the original purchase date, provided that the items are unused and in their original condition. Some items are non-returnable. Please see our refund policy for non-returnable items and brands. To cancel, please contact our customer support.
