Excellent customer service
We purchased the Solax Transformer 2 for my mother to travel internationally. She had an unexpected major surgery just 2 months before our trip. Registering the device was simple and it's light enough for me to pick up and load into a car. We were missing a couple of items from the free accessories kit and needed an extra set of keys. Customer service was quick to respond and returned my call within the hour. They were very friendly and got the items to us right away. We have taken several practice runs on Transformer 2 and the battery life is amazing! I hope I am able to respond to another survey after our trip and let everyone know how the Transformer 2 performed on cobblestone streets and hills.

Very happy
I am very happy with my transformer II scooter! Best ower wheelchair site was very helpful with questions I had. I was able to connect with a live person and ask questions. The people I spoke with were patient and explained information very well.

Best folding 4 wheel scooter
My wife has one, so I had to get one. However I forgot to ask about a veterans discount when I ordered it and then called back the next day. I then asked about the veterans discount and was told “I wish you had mentioned that when you placed your order, but we could send you a gift certificate in honor of your military service.” To date haven’t received anything.

Folds nicely and fits in my closet when not in use. Similar to the scooters I have rented in the past. Can't wait to get to Disney to use it.

Making life fun with more mobility.
Tom received his scooter recently … and used it two times … at the mall.
He had fun and was happy to get back his independence.
The scooter is a little heavy for older/adults to lift into the car, so we are currently looking for a small lift for it.
Tom is very happy with this scooter and waiting for the basket to be delivered.

Love the scooter! Only complaint is that it is a little heavier than it was shown in the video for older individuals to pick up on their own out of their car trunk.

It was way too heavy for my sister to lift out of the box or even into the back of her car. Item was returned.
