Free shipping to the lower 48 states and Washington DC. It ships from Monarch Mobility's US warehouse in Dallas, usually in 3 to 5 business days, and we email you the tracking number.
Returns
Monarch Mobility takes back only unopened products in their original packaging, asked for within 7 days of delivery, so that's our limit too: once the box is opened or it's been used, it can't be returned. Warranty
Monarch Mobility's warranty covers its batteries for 13 months against manufacturing defects. It covers parts only, so labor and service calls aren't included. We handle any claim with Monarch for you.
