Shipping
Free shipping on every order to the lower 48 states, Washington DC and Canada. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
When your order ships
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from the manufacturer's US warehouse, and you get an email with tracking when yours ships. A few products list their own timing on the product page; go by that page.
How it arrives
- Folding chairs and scooters come by FedEx, ready to unfold.
- Full-size chairs and scooters come mostly assembled on a pallet by freight. The carrier calls you to book a delivery time.
- White glove delivery (brought inside and set up) is available on many models for an extra charge set by the maker, from about $450, or about $750 for heavy-duty chairs and large beds. Email us for the exact price before you order.
Delivery dates
The manufacturer and the carrier set the delivery date, so we can't promise one ourselves. Your tracking shows the carrier's estimate.
Sales tax
No sales tax outside Massachusetts. For a Massachusetts address, 6.25% is added at checkout, except on wheelchairs.
